Königsdruck's succession plan involved the creation of a new team out of two teams from different generations. The goal was to promote reciprocal learning and bring together the best of both corporate cultures.

In a joint adventure we explored shared core values and developed narratives to reveal the positioning and leverage the employer brand. This helped foster team building and was also useful for external communication.


The long-established brand was refreshed to reflect the new focus and mission. This included the use of puns and wordplay that pick up on language from the world of printing. Rich and vibrant colours express the passion with which Königsdruck produces imaginative and unique print products of unrivalled quality.
