In October 2019 we launched our podcast ICH-WIR-ALLE. What started out as a small project to share ideas and inspiration now has over 100 episodes and more than 30,000 subscribers. The response and resulting contacts were so encouraging that we decided we needed to pass on some of these ideas to an even wider audience.
"ICH-WIR-ALLE – 24 Transformationsgestalter:innen geben wegweisende Impulse für die Zukunft" ("I-WE-ALL – 24 shapers of change share their thoughts and ideas for the future") will be released in October 2021 (in German).
The book is a multi-perspective collection of 24 essays on what the future could hold. It is not a transcript of podcast episodes, but essays written especially for the book in which the podcast guests take their key ideas to the next level and describe what it takes to create a good future.

Real transformation requires us to reflect on multiple levels. This is what we have learned from our many consultation and implementation projects. We believe we are in the middle of this transformation process and can make an impact through new ways of thinking that find resonance in others through conversation. We see our book as a contribution to this conversation - and dedicate it to all those who are striving to help shape the future.
